Series 12 hit our screens again last night and we're already predicting the next deserving winner! 

Tom is best known for being Lord Sugar's first business partner after winning The BBC Apprentice. From the age of four, Tom wanted to be an inventor. He has always been fascinated by how things work and designing things to solve problems.
